Position Overview
HatchMed is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Partner Manager to lead the expansion of our Smart Hardware Product Portfolio by building strong, strategic relationships with Nurse Call Communication System distributors/resellers and Healthcare Designers/Architects. This role is critical in driving market awareness, brand visibility, and revenue growth through high-impact partnerships.
Our Smart Hardware suite includes:
· HallMonitor – Digital door sign for real-time room status and messaging
· PillowCase – Digital pillow speaker for bedside communication and control
· PadLock – Secure, VESA-mounted tablet holder for hospital environments
· ComCierge – Software powering digital pillow speaker interactions
· SmartHub – Room control enablement system connecting smart devices
As Strategic Partner Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Product Team to identify, target, cultivate, educate, train, support, and manage key partners across these channels. A core part of this role is facilitating collaboration between channel partners and hospital end users to promote adoption, optimize integration, and elevate the inpatient experience.
Total compensation for this role includes a base salary plus commission, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000 or more.
Primary Responsibilities
· Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with nurse call dealers and healthcare design partners KPI’s in order to meet or exceed annual territory sales targets, while ensuring alignment with HatchMed’s vision and mission
· Collaborate with Strategic Partners in developing and executing comprehensive strategies, including KPIs and MOQs, necessary to drive business growth.
· Facilitate collaboration between nurse call dealers, healthcare designers, and End Users of the Smart Hardware Products.
· Work with appropriate HatchMed team members to provide necessary support, training, and education to all Strategic Partners and End Users.
· Communicate any/all Strategic Partner concerns to appropriate HatchMed team members.
· Develop a deep understanding of all Smart Hardware Products to effectively communicate their value and benefits to partners and their customers.
· Identify and communicate opportunities for new products & projects within the healthcare technology sector.
· Collaborate with marketing & engineering team members to create partner documents for training, technical support, and sales.
· Document all Strategic Partner/prospect interactions in HatchMed’s CRM (Zoho).
· Prepare and provide progress updates, including KPIs, to management monthly.
Qualifications and Experience
· Willing to travel out-of-state and overnight up to 30>#/span###
· 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology or medical equipment sales
· Valid driver's license and auto insurance
· Familiarity with Apple products (iPads, iPhones, iOS) preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
· Proven experience in strategic partnership management within the nurse call or healthcare industry preferred
